*Each team has 30 minutes for their first runner to start before the next wave opens. For example, teams with a 5:30 am starting time have from 5:30-6:00 am for their runner to start. The starting runner should wear a team bib that has a timing chip.
How was my starting wave selected?
Teams are placed in waves based upon:
1. Reaching the finish line between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
2. Reducing vehicle and congestion on the course and in parking areas.
3. Keeping teams within a 5-hour window so police, volunteers, and staff can assist your team.
Can I change our starting time?
Team starting times are rarely changed. We realize injuries and data entry mistakes happen. If you think your team will be outside the coverage window at the finish line, please complete this document in detail and email it to info@villetovillerelay.com prior to March 27, 2021.
